The location is good with nice atmosphere, but the staff is very slow and not attentive. Service is very slow and food is not up to the mark, no manager or higher position person is available for customer service. You didn't get any higher person who should resolve your query, we are going because of the atmosphere.

If you are planning to buy a yearly membership of the club I would recommend you not to do so, as they have given all the time slots for badminton, swimming, and other sports for coaching you can play. For ex for badminton they only have 1 hour slots (1 pm to 2pm, 4pm to 5pm and 8pm to 9pm) each 3 times a day for members which is not fair and all the other slots are for coaching classes. they are more focused in coaching and making money rather then giving services and facilities to the members with yearly membership. Also, the club one management has a silly rule that the AC will be only operational after the 5PM even in the GYM section. I would not suggest taking membership as it costed me more then 22,000-/Rs

I visited on 31st December 2018 and that experience pushed me to book for this 31st December 2019 too... But this was bad experience i feel that club one is lowering it's standard. The food variety was reduced, mocktails were like Miranda and Sprite, main course food quality was not upto the mark (like 200 per plate food) ... No variety in salad...no cake in 31st December food... Sweet dish was jalebi (chilled jalebi) gulab jamun was ok but Vanilla ice cream was never expected at such place (this type of ice cream is not expected when you pay 3500 for couple). Alcohol was expensive it's ok.... But no table to drink, we were in group and asked management to get 2 tables they simply denied, it was disappointing. The entire show was garbage box... No latest bollywood song no Punjabi or rap songs... the singer Piyush was nonsense...he himself said that he is very famous and I heared for first time.... The dj was played after 12.30... third class experience....no game, nothing exciting....our entry was made at 8pm welcome drink was yukk... I don't prefer to repeat.... This place is very near to Yazoo park and global city in virar and is very much and definitely recommended for all as you can enjoy all day here. Also very good staff present which is very co-operative.
